Your Business
Has Leaks.
They Compound
Every Day.

Most small business owners are putting in 60-hour weeks and still can't find the profit. It's not because you're working wrong. It's because the systems underneath the work are broken. I'm Tim Harmantzis, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, former Fortune 50 consultant, and recovering car dealer. I find the leaks, build the fix, and measure what changed. Working systems, not slide decks.

// 01 · The Real Problem

You Don't Have
a People Problem.
You Have a Systems Problem.

These three patterns show up in almost every business I audit. They're not obvious. They're quiet. And they're expensive.

// 01.01

You're losing leads in your sleep.

78% of customers go with whoever responds first. If a lead comes in at 10pm and your team sees it at 9am, that customer already signed with someone else. You paid for the lead. You just didn't close it. Multiply that by twelve months.

// 01.02

Your best employee is the system. That's a liability.

When your top person is out, things fall apart. Not because your team is bad. Because the process lives in their head, not in a written system. Every new hire relearns from scratch. Mistakes repeat. You stay the bottleneck.

// 01.03

Working 60 hours and the margin still doesn't show it.

Revenue looks fine on paper. The P&L doesn't match. You're doing $15/hour tasks. Your tools don't talk to each other. Your team asks you before every decision. At some point you stop being the owner and start being the most expensive employee in the building.

// 02 · What the Data Shows

Most owners are surprised by what I find in the first hour. The biggest leak is almost never the one they came in thinking about.

It's rarely a people problem. It's the gap between what your team was asked to do and the system they were actually given to do it with.
There are three numbers that tell me everything about a business's operational health. Most owners don't track any of them — and most have never been shown what those numbers are.
In every Clarity Audit I've run, I've found at least one opportunity worth more than the engagement cost. In most, I find several. The first finding usually covers the whole engagement.

Why lead response time matters for sales

// MARKET DATA · LEAD RESPONSE
78%

of buyers choose whoever responds first.

That's not a sales problem. It's a systems problem. Most businesses respond in hours. The ones winning respond in 90 seconds, automatically, while their owner sleeps. Which category is your business in right now?

// 03 · How It Works

Three Steps.
One Working System.

No 40-page reports. No slide decks. No recommendations that sit in a drawer. You get a clear diagnosis, a built fix, and a measurement showing what changed. Every time.

🔍1

Find the leak.

A focused 1 to 2 day deep-dive into your operations, lead flow, and workflows. You leave knowing exactly what to fix first, and why it matters more than everything else on your list.

⚙️2

Build the fix.

We tackle the highest-value problem with a focused sprint. Automating lead response, redesigning your most expensive process, or building the AI operations stack your business needs. A working system, not a recommendation.

📈3

Measure the result.

Every engagement ends with a baseline vs. results comparison. You'll know exactly what changed, by how much, and what the next opportunity is. Numbers only. No fluff.

// 05 · Why This Is Different

I Didn't Read About
These Problems.
I Lived Them.

I ran two independent car dealerships in California for 10 years. I know what it feels like to watch a lead come in at midnight and disappear by 9am because nobody responded fast enough. I didn't hire a consultant. I built the solution myself.

That became DealerWyze, a CRM that texts every inbound lead back in under 60 seconds, at 2am, on holidays, automatically. Dealers say: "I stopped losing leads overnight." I built that system from inside the business, as the owner who felt the pain. That's the only way I know how to build anything.

Before the dealerships, I spent 25 years in operations doing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt work at Bank of America, aerospace, and manufacturing. I bring Fortune 50 methodology and apply it at the scale that actually fits a 5 to 50 person business.

  • Built DealerWyze as an owner-operator — a live CRM and AI communications platform trusted by independent auto dealers. Every lead texted back in under 60 seconds.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certified. The methodology that transformed Fortune 50 operations — applied at the right scale for your business.
  • MBA + 25 Years in Operations across aerospace (Kavlico), banking (Bank of America), manufacturing, and automotive retail.
  • Every system I offer was built and battle-tested in my own business first. I don't sell systems I haven't run. That's the only bar I hold myself to.

"I've been the owner who got a 40-page report and put it in a drawer. So I don't do reports. When we're done, something new is running in your business. That's the only thing I measure myself by."
🚗
I felt this before you did.
I lost deals at 10pm because my team wasn't fast enough. So I rebuilt the system from the inside, as the owner. That became DealerWyze. Now I bring that same pattern to every client.
📊
Fortune 50 rigor, SMB scale.
The methodology that transformed Bank of America's operations works for a 10-person trades business too, when you apply it at the right level. I've done both.
⚙️
Working systems, not recommendations.
You leave every engagement with something running that wasn't there before. Not a report, not a roadmap. Something that actually runs while you're not in the room.

// CASE STUDY · DEALERWYZE
Built from the Inside, as the Owner Who Felt It First

Tim Harmantzis didn't consult his way into this. He ran two independent dealerships and watched good leads disappear every night because response time was too slow. He built DealerWyze from scratch, a CRM and AI communications platform that texts every inbound lead back in under 60 seconds, 24/7. The same systems he built for himself are the ones he now builds for clients.

Everything You're
Thinking Right Now

Most clients start with a Clarity Audit. It gives us both a clear picture of what is actually happening in your business and ensures we address the highest-value problem first, not the one that feels most urgent. The audit typically pays for itself in the first finding.
I work with independent auto dealers, trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto repair), medical and dental practices, small manufacturers, and service businesses. That includes true one-person shops and teams up to about 50 people. If operational drag is costing you money, we should talk.
No. I handle the technical build entirely. My job is to make the system simple enough that your team can use it without understanding how it works under the hood. Full documentation and training are included in every engagement.
All services are flat-fee or monthly retainer: no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. We agree on scope and price before any work begins, and the price does not change unless you change the scope. The best way to get an accurate number is a 30-minute discovery call so I can understand your situation.
I work alongside your team, not around them. For process improvement, the best insights come from the people doing the work. I usually need 2 to 4 hours with key people during a sprint, not their full calendar. For automation builds, involvement is lighter.
Start with a free discovery call. In 30 minutes I can usually point you at the right starting point. If a Clarity Audit is a better fit than jumping straight to a build, I will say so, even when that means a smaller first engagement.
Yes. Most of my work is remote: video calls, screen shares, and async collaboration. I travel for on-sites when it makes sense.
No. You get outcomes: faster follow-up, cleaner handoffs, fewer manual steps. I fit the build to what you already use whenever possible, document how it runs, and train your people so you are not dependent on memorizing a stack of vendor names.
Fair question. I am not here to drop a recommendations deck and leave. I deliver working systems. I have been the owner staring at a 40-page report in a drawer. When we finish, something new is running in your business. That is the bar.

Where You're Losing.

Email Tim. Tell him what's breaking down, what you've already tried, and what your business looks like. He'll respond straight, no pitch, no sales process. If there's an obvious lever, he'll tell you what it is. Most owners already know something is off. The audit tells you exactly what, and how much it's costing you.
